SHINE provides two programs for inmates at Middle River Regional Jail.   Staunton-Augusta Adult Learning Center provides Career Readiness Certificate classes and testing.  PluggedInVA, in partnership with Blue Ridge Community College, offers two Logistics certifications - Certified Logistics Associate &  Certified Logistics Technician.  The PluggedInVA learners also earn Northstar Digital Literacy certificates, Career Readiness Certificates, as well as receives job readiness and job acquisition skills.
