SHINE partnered with various agencies, including the Department for Aging & Rehabilitative Services and Blue Ridge Community College, as part of the Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities grant.  SHINE provided curriculum creation, supportive instruction, and job readiness/ job acquisition skills training for multiple cohorts.
