SHINE partnered with Blue Ridge Community College for the Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities grant (CPID), and offered multiple Logistics cohorts. (2017-2018).  This led to multiple PluggedInVA Logistic cohorts at Middle River Regional Jail (2019- 2020/ 2022).
